Sign-up and try Xero right now for free: www.xero.com/nz/signup.
Once you have signed up you can access your own demo organisation from your My Xero page. Use this to try out all of the features in Xero.

As your trusted advisor we will support you through the process of setting up your business in Xero. We can also provide ongoing support, training and advice in the use of Xero when you need it.
Xero also provides extensive online help, email support and discussion forums to ensure we all get the best out of Xero.

- Banklink is an automated cashbook system that captures your bank account transactions directly from the bank. While many people still use it, we have upgraded to the Xero system
- QuickBooks is a fully integrated, complete accounting system from Accounts Receivable and Payable, General Ledger through to multi currency and job costing.
- MYOB is also a fully integrated, complete accounting system and probably has the largest share of the market in NZ.
- Payroll systems - we have experience with a range of accounting systems.

Banklink
In many cases its not necessary to install a fully integrated accounting package. Banklink is an automated cashbook system that captures your bank account transactions directly from the bank. Many of the transactions can be coded automatically, greatly reducing the time taken to complete your GST returns and accounts.
Whilst Banklink is purely a Cashbook, there is a module that can be added to enable clients to do their Invoicing.
Banklink is FREE software, but there is a monthly charge of between $5 and $10 depending on the number of transactions. The Invoicing module is around $30.
QuickBooks
A fully integrated, complete accounting system from Accounts Receivable and Payable, General Ledger through to handling multi-currencies and job costing.
QuickBooks can compete with many packages worth tens of thousands of dollars.
It is easy to use, reliable and one of the market leaders in NZ and worldwide.
MYOB
MYOB probably has the largest share of the market in NZ. Like QuickBooks it is an inexpensive yet powerful to use product.
